Once we got to Hatch we stopped to buy some they are harvested once a year but they are sold frozen all year long. The place we stopped was unique and we ended up buying sauce and garlic but no Chillies. We passed a Muffler Man and needed a picture. So we moved on to the Valley Cafe.
I was leary going in…. But the food was really good and authentic. The Lemonade was so good and refreshing, which was great since whoa…spicy! Our waitress was great though and kept the refills coming.
